No Refunds Policy

At Laser and Skin Studio Mullingar, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products tailored to your individual needs. Due to the nature of our treatments and the time and resources allocated to each client, we maintain a strict No Refunds Policy for all services and products.

Services

All purchases of services, including but not limited to laser treatments, skin treatments, and injectable services, are non-refundable. This includes prepaid treatment packages, single sessions, and promotional offers.

Products

All sales of skincare and cosmetic products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products unless they are proven to be defective or damaged upon purchase.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life happens, and appointments may need to be changed. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of your prepaid session.

Medical Considerations

Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical information prior to treatments. Results may vary from person to person. While we strive for optimal outcomes, results are not guaranteed, and therefore refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with results.
